Racing Dinghy Design for Freshwater
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I'm seeking a talented naval architect or marine engineer with expertise in designing high-performance sailing dinghies. This project involves creating a design specifically for freshwater racing.
Key Requirements:
- The dinghy will primarily be used in freshwater lakes, so the design should consider the specific conditions and characteristics of this environment.
- The intended users are advanced sailors, so the design should not only be competitive but also cater to the skills and capabilities of experienced racers.
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in dinghy design.
- Understanding of racing requirements and specifications.
- Ability to design for specific water types, particularly freshwater lakes.
- Experience working with advanced sailing skill levels.
I Need a person who can design the bulkheads from the plans I have so that I can have a cnc cut file so I can build the boat out of carbon fiber and 5mm pva foam. This is the construction I used last time.
The bulkheads attached need to be modified to suit the new hull design which is 200mm wider. and they need to be in 1 piece so that they can slot together for both strength and ease of construction.
