Fashion Designer and image editor

I am looking for an experienced designer who can help me build a clothing line and also good with words transcript from images. I need someone who is well versed and experienced from souring the raw materials to producing samples and finalizing tech packs to send to the factory.

I am currently traveling between Istanbul and Ankara and will stop over in Japan.

I don't mind traveling anywhere inside of Turkey or near by countries just looking for natives to carry out. I am looking to travel to Asia currently.
