Cartoony Circus Concept Art Needed

I’m getting ready to animate a short circus-themed story in Procreate and need a talented illustrator to translate my written ideas into tangible visuals right away.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Three concept drawings: a cartoony main character who carries a mysterious, enigmatic vibe; a surreal, dreamy background that fits a fantastical circus setting; and one full scene that shows how the character lives within that space.
• A handful of quick style tests inside Procreate—pastel palettes, gouache textures, and any other color approaches you feel could elevate the look.
• A concise storyboard covering three key shots so I can lock timing and composition before I start animating.

All reference material, story beats, and notes on staging will be supplied as soon as we connect, and I’ll be available for rapid feedback so we can move fast.
