Artist needed: looking for long term

We are a fashion label in pre-launch. We center our designs around characters, as in human beings, and their interactions. I have almost everything in my head, I need someone to bring it to life. As we will be using these characters more than once, long term partner is preferred. We will embroidering as a primary methods. I will prefer if we talk first before looking at what I have in mind. Rates can be change later on. Need to be able to draw people and full body poses.
