develop vision model for a startup

I'm looking to develop a vision model for my startup. The intended purpose of this model is to perform image classification with high precision. I do not have any specific language preference, so any experienced developer with knowledge of the relevant ML techniques is welcome to bid on the project. The ideal candidate should have experience building and optimizing such models and be able to complete the project within the designated time frame.
