Vision application to detect the scratch marks on a product

We have a plastic product, once it is manufactured we need to detect the marks on the product. The marks could be scratch and some air bubbles. The application will have interface with Web cam and and the application will analyze the product for flaw detection.
This is just a POC, once approved I can commit a much bigger project. So expecting response from highly technical sound and experienced professionals
