CT Vascular Tree Segmentation Mentoring
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I have a collection of CT scans and I need to learn, step by step, how to isolate the complete vascular tree from each volume. My end goal is to be able to run the full workflow on my own, so I’m looking for an experienced medical-image segmentation specialist who can mentor me through best practices and common pitfalls rather than simply handing over a finished model.
During our sessions I’d like to cover everything from data preparation and augmentation, through model selection and training, to post-processing and quantitative evaluation. I have my own PACS system and studies (research lab) and have 3D slicer, ITK-SNAP and sim-vascular.
Deliverables I expect at the end of the engagement:
• A reproducible segmentation pipeline that I can apply to various organs from CT volumes.
• Two to three live walkthrough sessions (recorded is fine) where we iterate on the pipeline using a small sample dataset, troubleshoot issues, and validate the final image.
If you have hands-on experience extracting vasculature from CT data and enjoy teaching others, I’d love to work together.
