Senior Computer Vision Tech Lead / Project Manager -- 2
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are hiring a Senior Computer Vision Tech Lead who can also function as a client-facing technical project manager. This role combines solution architecture, technical leadership, team building, and day-to-day project oversight for vision-based systems.
You will play a key role in onboarding clients, architecting solutions, building and leading a delivery team, and ensuring successful execution across multiple vendors and stakeholders.

• Client communication and technical ownership
• Building, managing, and guiding multiple development teams and vendors
Key Responsibilities
• Act as solution architect for computer vision and AI-driven projects
• Work with clients to scope requirements and development phases
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Lead client onboarding, technical discussions, and ongoing communication
• Help evaluate, and onboard team members as the team scales (5–8 resources over time)
• Oversee internal teams and external vendors to ensure delivery quality
• Run daily scrums, sprint planning, and delivery tracking
• Review estimates, validate technical approaches, and ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery teams
• Manage scope discussions, solution changes, and technical clarifications with clients
• Ensure project timelines, quality, and deliverables are met
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the development lifecycle
Technical Expertise Required
• Strong background in Computer Vision & Image Processing
• Hands-on experience with:
• OpenCV
• Facial recognition systems
• Video detection and analysis
• Image classification and object tracking
• Python-based AI/ML workflows
• Understanding of model deployment and production pipelines
• Ability to review code, guide architectural decisions, and unblock teams
Leadership & Communication Skills
• Proven experience leading senior and mid-level development teams
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple vendors and stakeholders
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Confident running daily scrums and weekly client meetings
