Semi-quantitative recognition of a Rapid Diagnosis Test strip

We're building a mobile app to help customer read and recognize the test strip result via photographing or loading image from the album. Hence we want to hire an expert to support us improve the accuracy of our algorithm or provide an off-the-shelf solution.
