I'm looking for a qualified freelancer to develop a Python computer vision project using OpenCV for object detection. The project will not include any artificial intelligence, but must achieve a moderately accurate level of accuracy. The project should include expertise in Python programming, OpenCV, and object detection. The freelancer should be able to code the required algorithms used to develop the object detection application. Aside from that, they should also be able to test the application and provide feedback to ensure the accuracy of the results.
