Person reid

I am looking to commission the development of a person re-identification system that is both video-based and image-based, with the primary application being security and surveillance. Specifically, I require that the system offer high accuracy when re-identifying individuals. Additionally, real-time processing and customizable features would be preferred, but not mandatory.
