Objects segmentation for low resolution images

I have low-resolution images 79x53 and I need to perform image segmentation on them. For example, the image attached of an eagle and a dice and I would like the output to me 3 lists, one containing the eagle pixels positions, one the dice pixels positions and the last one with the background pixels positions. could you please let me know if it's possible?
