Need a Computer Vision developer with experience in OpenCV, Numpy, Signal and Image Processing

I need a computer vision developer with expertise in OpenCV, Numpy, and Signal and Image Processing who can help me with a short-term project. In addition, I need the developer to support me in prototyping a computer vision application.

My goals for the project include utilizing OpenCV, Numpy and Signal and Image Processing techniques to create an effective computer vision application. It is important that the computer vision developer have a solid background and prior experience to contribute towards project completion. This includes an understanding of libraries, architectures and algorithms that can be used to develop the computer vision application.

The project is for a short-term period of less than 1 month and the developer will be expected to stay within the timeline that has been provided. The development should be efficient and use the latest technologies and techniques possible. I have realistic expectations regarding the time it will take to complete the task. With that in mind, I'm open to hearing from developers who have extensive computer vision experience as well as those looking for a challenge.
