Mockup generator - place images on tshirts automatically - machine vision processing

We are looking for a computer vision expert who can help us build an automated mockup generator.
The generator will:
1) read the source file (before) with a placeholder area for an image (white area)
2) read an input image to place (print)
3) place the image in correct area and angles to arrive at final image (after)
You can use any libraries of your choices, but the process must be automated with no assistance from the users (no GUI).
To facilitate the operation, we can try 2 methods:
a) auto-detect the placeholder area on the source file based on the pattern (e.g. white area on black tshirt)
b) if this does not work well, we can simply pre-define the area by coordinates (x,y) on the source file.
