Image processing project with U-net

Hello, I am looking for help with an Image processing project in the Radiational Oncology space.
In summary, we need to create Unet models, with deep supervision, to take CTscans and/or MRI images (of several organs surrounding a tumor) and then predict dosage levels and fluence maps for IMRT.
