Detection of road signs in a sequence of jpegs
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am looking for software to detect road signs within jpeg images. The output would be a CSV listing the jpegs that contain signs and the name of a cropped jpeg containing just the signs. Once a sign is located an image of only the sign should be output using cropping.
The input is a sequence of jpegs comparable to a video of a road taken from a car(frame attached). An added complication I only want one image of each sign so the image containing the sign closest to the camera should be retained.
This project is just a tester and more complex analysis will be required later such as using 3D coordinate locating advanced algorithms and recognising the type and details on the sign face. Each of the Jpegs have a coordinate associated to the position of the camera so the follow up will be to give the real world position of each of the road signs using the coordinate and depth maps derived from 3D coordinate locating.
