Deep Learning Website - Tool to Automatically Calculate Angles on X-rays

We are looking to create a website that can use deep learning/computer vision to calculate angles automatically on a website using deep learning. We would need to show you how these measurements are made so we can confirm we do the segmentation appropriately. I have attached an example of the x-ray and a scientific paper which shows what some of these angles look like.

We have a team of people who can help segment based on your recommendation, but if you have a team to help segment that is even better.

First of many projects. May need help with others if the job is done well.

REQUIREMENTS
- Web app
- Drag and drop x-rays (DICOM or PNG)
- Automatic calculation of angles using deep learning
- Can select to show angles
- Export angles as text
- Would need to sign NDA
- Send over all code/data
