A checkerboard pattern or any known set of reference points on the same plane can be used to guide the camera. Change the camera's orientation in each iteration to capture a sequence of ten images. Set up the linear equations in matrix form and solve for intrinsic and extrinsic parameters for any one image using the image formation pipeline equation (extrinsic for that particular orientation). You'll need to take measurements and mark pixel coordinates for the actual 3D world points.
You must also compute the angles of rotation along each axis after you have computed the Rotation matrix. Depending on your experimenting setting, choose your rotation order.
