Computer vision app for pattern recognition

Hi, I need someone to write a computer vision application for pattern recognition.
The app needs to go through approx 500 images (screenshots) daily and rank them as “good” or “bad” and save them in the respective folder. And the end of each scan it should produce a txt file report with % for for each of the screenshots scanned.
I have images of the various patterns that should be taught to the algorithm initially and then after each iteration the accuracy should increase by selecting correct and incorrect assignment by the user.
Ideally you should use some ready library for the core of the application.
