Computer vision app for clour pattern recognition

Hi, I need someone to write a computer vision application for pattern recognition.
The classification is based on color i.e. images that have the color "BLUE" and "ORANGE" are "good" fit and those that do not have them are "bad" fit
The app needs to go through approx 500 images (screenshots) daily rank them as “good” or “bad” and save them in the respective folder. At the end of each scan, it should produce a small txt file report with % for each of the screenshots scanned (e.g good 10%, bad 70% , unknown, etc)
