Computer Vision - Read the Odometer & Fuel from a picture of the dashboard of any car

I have an app, it will take the photo of the dashboard of any car, this Photo will be sending to a API, which I need to process it, and send me the data of odometer & Fuel level. I have a lot of images to start the training of the IA.
