Computer Vision Overlay and Gamepad Integration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are seeking a highly experienced freelancer to help perfect real-time transparent computer-vision overlays and a vGamepad / joystick-based targeting system designed for console environments. This is not a beginner or theory role — we need someone who has hands-on experience with Cronus Zen, microcontrollers, and live console testing.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and refine transparent CV overlays (low-latency, accurate alignment, stable rendering)
Implement and tune vGamepad / XInput joystick targeting logic driven by CV detections
Integrate and test with Cronus Zen (HID behavior, stick output, signal timing)
Work with microcontrollers (Arduino / Portenta / similar) in real-time input pipelines
Test directly on Xbox or PlayStation consoles (physical hardware required)
Optimize for snap, lock, weld, and track behavior with precise joystick control
Debug latency, drift, misalignment, and tracking edge cases
Required Experience (Must Have)
Cronus Zen experience (scripts, HID behavior, real-world tuning)
Ownership of Xbox or PlayStation console for live testing
Microcontroller experience (Arduino-class or higher)
Strong background in computer vision (YOLO or similar real-time detection pipelines)
Experience with transparent overlays (Windows overlay windows, layered rendering, etc.)
vGamepad / XInput / virtual controller experience
Comfortable debugging timing, latency, and signal stability
Strongly Preferred
Experience with real-time CV + joystick automation
Familiarity with Python, C++, or C# in CV or input systems
Understanding of low-latency pipelines (frame timing, polling rates, HID rates)
Prior work involving console-connected automation or controller systems
