- Inventory Management: The system must accurately manage our inventory levels, notify us of low stock, and help us with restocking.
- Order Processing: It should be able to process orders efficiently, including order tracking and the ability to handle returns.
- Employee Management: I need the system to help me manage employee data, including their roles and responsibilities.
While I haven't specified any particular software in mind, experience with integrating back office systems with CRMs, accounting software, and project management software would be a great advantage.
