Combine Datasets in COCO Format

I need someone who can donaload following datasets, then join them into one and merge into one dataset in COCO format so that it works out of the box if I replace data in attached notebook.

Hippuris vulgaris
Sagittaria Subulata
Lemna minor
Ceratophyllum submersum
Ceratophyllum demersum

Other classes should be removed.
