CCTV License Plate Extraction
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a 2 short video files around 30 seconds each, that show a vehicle passing through the frame. I need the license plate as well as the car model isolated with enough clarity for further research and analysis. You are free to use any computer-vision workflow you prefer (OpenCV, MATLAB, Python, commercial suites, etc.) as long as the end result meets the goals below.
Deliverables
• A still frame (or sequence) where the plate is clearly visible and cropped.
• The plate characters transcribed in plain text.
• A brief note on the method you used so I can replicate or cite it in my research.
Payment will be released once the image is sharp enough for legible transcription and the text string matches what appears in the frame.
