Ball Sorting Machine By Color

Hi, the requirements are as follows:
1. The ball sorting machine shall support 3-inch diameter plastic balls.
2. The machine shall have a hopper/basket for ball loading, minimum capacity 8 cubic feet.
3. The sorting machine shall, at the beginning of each run, shall be configured to sort for the first color that it detects in the run. For example, if it detects a red ball, all the red balls (true) will go down one exit path. Balls of any other color (false), will go down a different exit path.
4. The sorting mechanism shall process at minimum 2 balls per second.
5. The footprint of the entire machine shall be no larger than 2.5' wide x 5' long x 6' tall.
