AI Arthritis Image Analysis

I work at the Harargee Lixaa Zone Health Center in Ethiopia and I’m pulling together a research set focused on arthritis. What I already have are batches of diagnostic images that have been pre-sorted by modality; what I still need is a robust, reproducible analysis pipeline that turns those raw files into clinically meaningful insight.
Here’s the core of the task:
• Run computer-vision / deep-learning models on the images to detect arthritis-related changes.
• Extract quantitative metrics that can be charted over time or compared across patient groups.
• Return clean, well-commented Python notebooks (TensorFlow or PyTorch) plus a short summary report explaining model choice, performance, and key findings.
Accuracy, transparency and the ability to re-run everything offline in a low-resource setting are essential. If you have a proven track record analysing medical images and can package your work so local clinicians can pick it up later, let’s talk.
