Ad hoc networks have been a very active field of study in recent years. It has been successfully deployed in areas such as intelligent transportation systems, entertainment, health, military systems. Constantly disconnected connections, high packet size due to routing, inflexible communication infrastructure, scaling networks, and significant packet conflicts are the main problems that hinder the widespread use of ad hoc networks. Due to the dynamic scale of the Q-value table, Q-learning based georouting techniques can lead to excessive resource consumption in VANETs. In this thesis, a Q-learning-based and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) supported geospatial guidance protocol will be developed. It is aimed to prevent inefficient energy use while providing low latency and high packet transmission rate.
