digital forensic examiner for courts

I believe my laptop and or phone have been compromised with as keylogger or spyware and to bring criminal charges against the person (s) responsible as i believe them to be my sister or father who just used knowledge they should not hav =e access to to steal 3 million of inheritance from me. i need to prove they are evil ands they spy /. lie.
