Using Open–source intelligence to generate alerts for cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities

In order to secure an Infrastructure we require timely intelligence on cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities. Intelligence about these threats is generally available in OSINT sources like the National Vulnerability Database (NVD exploitdDB, CERT alerts, blog posts, social media (twitter accounts related to cyber security), and dark web resources.
I want to build a web Application that gather cybersecurity CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures ) related to a specific infrastructure on OSINT sources. Than using Artificial Inteligence to filter Information related to the monitored infrastructure to generate an alert at the end if there is a threat to this infrastructure.
First: collect a set of system configurations.
The second stage: Obtaining data (cve) from the OSINT feed mentioned above.
Than data preprocessing To refine and clean the data to be in the appropriate form as an input to the artificial intelligence model that classifies and analyzes data.
The end stage generate an alarm if there is a Vulnerabilities to this infrastructure.
Example: if there is a vulnerability to my operating system or a vulnerability for a specific programm running in this monitored infrastructure than genrate alarm using OSINT an AI.
