My production server—outside the usual web-, database-, or mail-server setups—has shown clear signs of a security breach. I need an experienced professional who can jump in quickly, trace the intrusion, repair any damage, and leave the box hardened against repeat events.
Here’s what I’m expecting:
• Full incident investigation: locate the point of entry, identify affected services or files, and detail the attacker’s footprint.
• Immediate remediation: close the vulnerability, clean or restore compromised components, and get the server fully operational again.
• Hardening & prevention: apply best-practice security patches, tighten configurations, and set up real-time monitoring or alerts if gaps are found.
