Urgent Ethical Hacker for Cyberstalking Investigation

I need to hire an ethical hacker. They should be certified. I need them to go through my mac book and my iPhone and see who has been watching and reading everything I do. The know my location at all times. One day I was looking at them looking through my facebook feed. IT was scrolling by itself. My phone and MacBook freeze, and I will open an app, and they will freeze up. I always know when they are on because it suddenly says that I have no storage in my phone when I have like 235 GB! And I hardly have any photos. It won't let me take photos. When I am in the middle of doing a video, they will move the camera focus or make it blurry, then the no storage thing pops up again. It won't let me add apps or reload the ones I have. When I'm trying to clock in or out for work, I have had messages pop up saying that I can't clock in or out because my location basically isn't at work. But I'm in my building when I do it. I've been cyberstalked and stalked in real life. I need to find out who is doing this ASAP. Before it escalates, and so I finally have the proof I need for the police. Currently, all they have told me is that they can't do anything until I provide proof. I need to hire someone who can't get me that proof ASAP. And for cheap. I don't have a ton of money.
