Systems Engineer strong in Microsoft

As an individual in need of focused support, I'm searching for a reliable network and systems engineer who carries a strong background in using Microsoft technologies. The successful candidate will have skills that are ideally targeted towards three main areas:
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Exchange Server
The complexity of this job lies in the scale of my network infrastructure, which is medium-sized and houses between 50 and 250 devices. We'll be primarily focusing on three main goals, outlined as follows:
- Network Performance Improvement: Diagnosis and application of solutions to enhance network performance where necessary.
- Network Security Enhancement: Audit and improvement of network security to ensure data safety.
- New Network Services Implementation: Introduction of new network services to increase network functionality as efficiently as possible.
This job will require a prospective freelancer to be available during U.S. overnight hours due to timezone differences. A solid understanding of Microsoft technologies is a must. Any additional certifications in network engineering would be highly valued.
