Systematic review of SCADA communication protocol vulnerabilities
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
In many countries, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) networks manage critical utility and process control infrastructure.
They provide critical services to utility companies such as electricity, natural gas, oil, water, sewage, and railroads.
However, security considerations were given little attention in the initial design and deployment of these systems, resulting in an urgent need to upgrade existing systems to withstand unauthorized intrusions potentially leading to terrorist attacks.
By analyzing SCADA system protocols vulnerabilities, this review paper will identify threats to SCADA and investigate effective methods to improve its security in SCADA communication protocols .
