Streamline Microsoft 365 Security and Email

I'm looking for an expert to help finalize my Microsoft 365 Business Premium setup. Currently, emails have been set up via Microsoft Outlook 365 however I have lost all previous emails. I only have access to emails from two weeks ago.
Key areas include:
Security Setup
- Focus on Microsoft 365 Defender: Threat protection, Data loss prevention, Identity and access management.
Email Issues
- Retrieve lost emails during transition from Hostinger to Outlook. No organization needed, just retrieval assistance.
Streamlined Access
- Ensure everything is easy to access and use, especially for virtual assistants. Everything has already been transferred to OneDrive.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in Microsoft 365 security and configuration.
- Experience with email migration and retrieval, particularly with Outlook.
