Scope of Work
To ensure full alignment, here are the core responsibilities you will be covering across all work streams:
All Cat 6 plenum cabling runs as specified per system
Installation and configuration of all access readers, door strike hardware, and controller hubs
Setup and mounting of wireless access points and POE switches
Configuration of the FortiGate firewall and Ubiquiti UniFi equipment
Installation of IP cameras provided by the client
Full setup, testing, and handoff of all systems quoted
Client-Supplied Hardware
Additionally, please update the current quote to reflect that Beyond the Spectrum will also be supplying the following hardware:
(28) Lorex cameras
(1) 16-channel Lorex NVR
(1) 16-port POE unmanaged switch
(1) Furman M-8x2 Power Conditioner
(1) Tecmojo 15U Wall Mount Rack
(1) Ubiquiti Enterprise Security Gateway (10G SFP+)
Add this to be able to control all the Access Points:
Ubiquiti Networks UniFi Dream Machine Pro
Additional Requirements
Add phone lines in 5 offices / workstations
Add fax line in reception
Add conference connectivity in Parent Viewing Room for phone conferences and Zoom meetings
Add Interactive White Board in Parent Viewing Room
Add Printer Line in supplies closet
