SOC Manager

I am an organization of more than 250 employees looking for an experienced SOC Manager to join our team.
As the SOC manager, your primary focus would be on threat detection and response. You would be responsible for the design, implementation, support, and maintenance of a secure corporate environment. You will be responsible for identifying potential security risks to the organization by assessing the vulnerability of systems and developing response plans to incidents. This will include technical planning, meta-analysis, validation of security measures, security analytics, and security operations. You will ensure our organization’s adherence to Government regulations, industry standards, and established security practices.
Your role will involve monitoring and detecting security incidents, such as common cyber attacks. You will investigate and analyze these incidents in order to provide appropriate and effective response strategies. You will work closely with IT teams, vulnerability assessment teams, and legal teams in regards to any security incident. You will make recommendations about deploying security solutions to prevent, detect, contain, and respond to threats. You will need to be able to present security summaries, reports, and findings to upper management.
