Restore and secure ALL hacked technology in my home that has been haunting us and taking over admin privileges for over a year

What started as a jealous boyfriend hacking my dual sim over a year ago, has turned into a digital hell for me and my family. Every single device now runs every single user agent and we aren't in control of any of our devices. My identity has been hacked, thousands and thousands of dollars stolen due to hacked bank accounts from screen readers, law enforcement try to help but it's "beyond their scope of knowledge", and even my car seems to have remote device controls. Bots run my home and I am desperate to get my cyber security back. I have hired countless useless engineers but I am always more knowledgeable than they are. Alexas, smart tvs, all cell phones, tablets, you know it, it's hacked. PLEASE PLEASE help me get my life back! Nothing is secure anymore and somehow I show up as a business owner, developer, and god knows what else. This "thing" has destroyed every single operating system around. I desperately need help! There are 2 versions of every app and I can't access half of them. I've had 5 new phones over the past year and within minutes, I lose admin prvileges, important calls and texts are blocked, I lose access to bank accounts with money stolen and passwords changed. As for below, I have SO many documents. Just let me know. Everything seems to be open sourced through Apache 2.0 on all devices. HELP!
