Remote IT Support for Non-Profit Education

As a non-profit dedicated to assisting young individuals with disabilities in their home learning journey, we are seeking a part-time IT support specialist. Our sessions typically run on Discord or Google Meet, with families using primarily PCs, but sometimes Macs and occasionally encountering technical issues, mainly with screen sharing and application installations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing remote IT support to our clients.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Helping clients with application installations and screen sharing.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in PC troubleshooting.
- Experience with Discord and remote IT support.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with families and young individuals with disabilities.

We need someone that can provide ad-hoc IT support remotely to our clients for a few hours a month to help diagnose and fix the issue.
