IT Policy to be drafted for an organization

I am looking for an experienced IT policy professional to create a comprehensive IT policy for my large organization of more than 250 staff. The main focus for the policy needs to be on data security. This is a new policy - no existing policies are to be revised. The successful candidate will be able to provide solid expertise in the development, implementation, and ongoing management and updates of this IT policy. The successful contractor will also be able to provide guidance and best practices to further ensure the ongoing security of our data.
