Personal VPN for use in China

I am looking for a reliable and secure personal VPN for use in China. I would like the VPN to be accessible on both desktop and mobile devices. I have no specific preference for protocols, and am open to whatever works best for the job. My preferred server location is the one that will give me the best speed.
