Pension scheme old age

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my pension scheme project. The purpose of this scheme is to provide financial security in retirement and encourage individuals to save for their old age.

I am open to different types of pension schemes, including Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, or Hybrid.

I am willing to contribute 5-10% of my salary annually to the pension scheme.

Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
