Need a certified ethical hacker

My personal and professional devices were hacked recently. I need help securing my devices through removal of threats and discovery/mitigation of any subsequent vulnerabilities. I also need help identifying the devices/method used in the hacking process. My ISP provider detected a device sitting on the edge of my network that continues to cause significant interference and harm. It started as hacking of my wifi and has progressed to what appears to be a small cell LTE hacking. Understanding of this type of architecture is critical.
