NEEDED: Ethical White Hat Hacker for Mobile Phone Security

I am being hacked repeatedly on my dating apps.

I need a white hat ethical hacker to sit down with me for a couple hours and investigate what is happening.

We will discuss my mobile phone information and what apps are being hacked beforehand. I need you to explain to me how I can use these dating apps securely once our session is completed.

Nice-to-have: Someone with knowledge of the international law enforcement industry that can help me understand the laws involved and what kind of situations lead to being hacked. This is happening in Sydney, AU under Australian law, and I am on a bridging visa as an immigrant from the USA.

Note: These hacks are targeting my dating apps. It isn't as common in other software. I am being coerced into not meeting people I am interested in. They delete my matches and chat messages. It could be worse- they might be sending bad messages to people from my profile, or meeting them on Facebook (I don't have a Facebook account) and saying bad things to these people on Facebook (or any other means of contacting them).
