NCRP Computer Optimization

I'm looking for some help with optimizing the performance of my computer, which is currently running Windows 64 pro and Office 365. My primary uses for this computer are for work and business, but I occasionally use it for web browsing or general use.
My main issue is poor performance and security optimization it comes to outlook email and other windows application software installation and updates. I find that it takes me a long time to boot into windows and I can not access the bios.
To often the computer freezes for 20-30 seconds
I need help from someone who is experienced in computer security, Office 365 administration and troubleshooting outlook and Windows applications as I want to maximize the performance of my computer. Ideally, I want it to be lightning fast when it comes to boot up and not freeze so often when running application All. software
