We have clients who are hacked, think they are hacked, or just need updates with their devices.
We are looking for the best solution so we can run our own scans remotely. We use connect wise to connect with clients.
Looking to find the best solution that will provide a certificate of device being spyware / malware free if possible.
Most devices are cell phones or computers in question. Andriod/ iPhone, Mac , windows based comps. Would also be great if you use or have used tools that also scan the router/ network to look for vulnerabilities.
I know there are thousands of tools that do this, trying to find somebody who had worked with tools that can give me their honest opinion so we can help our clients when needed at a low cost.
Open to hiring somebody to do this work for us if it makes sense.
