Key logger expert

I’m looking for a key logger expert to install a good key logger into an HP laptop that I’m going to give to a new employee.

The key logger needs to be able to read everything that’s typed in the keyboard, including the login password of the laptop (in case I have to fire the person and take the computer/laptop back).

Also if the employee puts an encryption on the laptop I want to be able to see the password with the key logger as well. I’m looking for a key logger able to recording everything typed into a laptop even if it’s offline (no internet) and recover/transmit the data/password as soon the laptop goes back online.
People in the Southern California/Los Angeles area preferred but not mandatory.
