I need help improving my IT infrastructure with a focus on enhancing network security, increasing system performance, and improving data storage and backup capabilities. This will involve updating hardware, identifying possible weak points in the network, improving server capacity and speed, and implementing a robust data backup and recovery plan.
In addition, I'm also seeking a maintenance package that delivers regular proactive monitoring and maintenance with on-demand support for specific issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted IT operations.
Ideal candidates for this job will have experience in IT infrastructure management and support, expertise in network security, excellent problem-solving skills, and a track record of boosting system performance and creating effective data backup solutions.
We require the IT to be onsite at Singapore office as and when it needed.
