Infected Device resolution cybersecurity

I got some device who got infected by a hackers
Those device are trying to reach other device on the same network to infect them also
A year ago I got someone who have successfully hacked my Wi-Fi network and got access to my network all the time and he still have access actually,
I’m thinking to use my synology server to run security onion on them or something similar and use lan port 1 for incoming connection and make the lan port 2 for all of my device like the router and switch. In That way all of my device will be filtered by the ids ips system which is running on a vm on synology, so I need someone very skilled to make this happen
