Hashcat User in Scottish Borders to Unlock Forgotten Password on USB Stick

I have 9 x WAV and 1 x PDF files on a USB stick. These all bare my name, which can be proven via my driver licence. Trouble is I have forgotten the password. I need the files. I need someone local as the folder is too big to send digitally and I can't remove them from the locked, zipped folder to send separately. I have read on line this is possible using Hashcat but I am not computer savvy enough to do this. Can anyone help? I imagine the skills required selected below may be pertinent but are irrelevant so long as the password is cracked.
